Standard deliveries from Orchidya are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday through Saturday. Delivery costs will vary depending on the receivers address. Our staff will be happy to quote you a delivery price via telephone or email.
On Valentines Day, standard deliveries are sent between 9am and 6pm.
Please note that although Orchidya make every effort to ensure for the safe delivery of your order, we employ the delivery services of third parties and are therefore unable to fully guarantee for the safe delivery of either glass, porcelain or ceramic when delivered outside of the London area. Such elements are therefore transported at the customers own risk.
Our contact with clients does not stop at a sale. We care about our clients as much as we care about our flowers. Orchidya stands behind its quality products. Any orchid plants (purchased at regular price, not as marked down goods) that are dead within 30 days of the purchasing date can be exchanged for a healthy orchid of the same variety. Our expert team will find the best solution for your particular needs by either replacing the orchid or suggesting maintenance instructions. A receipt will be required for all exchanges.
Due to the perishable nature of all flower deliveries, any complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please ring 020 3302 1539 to let us know of any problems you may have experienced with our services. There is no refund service available for any pre-ordered flowers or plants, unless Orchidya cannot provide the delivery on time or items are not available. No refund service is applied once the order is made.
