Orchidya delivers throughout central London. If you would like to deliver fresh flower bouquets to the surrounding London area, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist. We regret that we are unable to deliver Orchid arrangements outside of London due to their delicate nature.
For same day deliveries to commercial addresses, orders must be received by 2pm. For residential addresses orders must be received by 4pm.

For orders to be delivered on SUNDAY, orders must be placed by 1pm GMT on SATURDAY.
Standard deliveries from Orchidya are delivered to business destinations between 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday, and 9am to 10pm for residential destination. Deliveries are generally carried out by our partner couriers Brisqq and Urbit. Delivery costs vary depending on the distance involved. Our staff will be happy to quote you a delivery price via telephone or email.
At peak times including Valentines Day, Mothers Day and International Women’s Day when demand for flower delivery is at its highest London, Orchidya cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Orchidya will schedule delivery with our couriers for the earliest available time, prioritising orders which have been made in advance and to places of work to ensure that delivery is completed before the close of business. In order to ensure that delivery to a commercial address can be completed before 5pm, the order must be received by 12pm the day before. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to reach commercial destinations before the close of business and priority will be given on a first come first served basis.
We will make every effort to deliver to commercial addresses within business hours. If items reach the destination after 6pm we will endeavour to leave the flowers with the reception or loading bay as available and inform you that the recipient may collect from there. Refunds shall not be due unless a clear error has been made. Refunds are decided on a case by case basis
For residential addresses and particularly on Valentines Day, delivery during peak times , will be made between 07:30am and 22:00pm. This is the case for 2021 where Valentines Day falls on a Sunday.
