Standard delivery time is between 9am and 6pm.

For same day deliveries to a commercial address, orders must be received by 2pm.
For a residential address, orders must be received by 4pm.
For orders to be delivered on Sunday, orders must be placed by 1pm GMT on Saturday.

We are unable to deliver any orders outside of London at this time.

Approximate height: 240 cm. Suggested to use the planter for the plant in size 40 cm or larger to give room for the plant root to develop.

Watering

For this plant to keep it’s colour, place it in a luminous spot without direct sunlight. It can cope with light shade which makes it well suited to darker rooms. Every week, immerse it’s trunk in lukewarm water and drip dry well. During the rest phase, only water every 10 days. Water only the top inch or so of the soil when it starts to dry out. Mist to provide some humidity.

You can check by pushing your finger into the compost before watering.

Water from above and put saucers under plants to allow excess water to drain away.

Generally, plants will need watering more during the Spring and Summer growing seasons than when dormant in Winter.

Tap water is fine for most house plants.

We suggest to replant your house plant within 3 months of purchase to a larger planter if you purchased the planter from somewhere else. However if you purchase the plant and pot from us, then we will replant it for you before delivery.
